What the quote form sends us
Your name, phone number, the property address and the option you chose from the list. The form sends nothing until you press the button.
Calls to our number
Our phone number runs through a call-tracking service that logs the number calling, the time and the call length. If a call is recorded, a message at the start says so.
How your details are used
To call you back, arrange the measure, prepare and follow up your quote, and keep a record of any installation for warranty and permit purposes. We do not sell personal information or add you to marketing lists.
Who can see them
The people who measure and install for us, and the companies that host this website, deliver form messages and run our phone line, each only as far as needed to do that work.
How long we keep them
Quote requests that do not go ahead are deleted within two years. Records of completed installs, including product approval documents and permit numbers, are kept for as long as warranty or insurance questions could come up.
Website logs and cookies
The web server records basic technical details such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Like most websites, it may use cookies and call tracking to understand how visitors find us and which pages lead to calls.
